I did the application for financing online, sent my driver license and insurance information via phone text and arrived in pm for purchase. 45 minutes later I was out the door with a new Kia Soul. It was a flawless process giving back my leased vehicle (even though not leased from that dealership), they still took it, unlike a previous reviewer had written. I had my eyes on a certified pre owned Kia SUV, so we took it for a test drive and Phil explained all of the features of it thoroughly. We also discussed other options (leasing another vehicle vs buying), just so I knew everything that I could do. When I made my final decision to buy the pre owned SUV, we talked out a fair price, and the whole process went smooth from there. Phil, also has your back AFTER the sale, if you have a problem or a question he will still assist you even after you are done doing business with him. More
