We scheduled a test drive. When I got to the test drive, the car I was interested in was in negotiations for purchase. Anita quickly rebounded, talked to us about our needs and got us into an awesome sport wagon with an equally awesome price. She was professional but extremely down to earth, honest and personable, which is a pleasant surprise when searching for a BMW(its unbelievable thinking back over some of the experiences we had at other dealerships while Beemer shopping this time) She listened to us, made several suggestion, while never being pushy and made us both very happy.
