Awesome Service I have very pleased with the great service I get on my Highlander. Came in for oil change, walked out with certified pre-owned I initially was just visiting the service center to have an oil change made on my current lease, but due to my lease being up in 2 months, I figured I I initially was just visiting the service center to have an oil change made on my current lease, but due to my lease being up in 2 months, I figured I'd talk with someone in sales to discuss lease-end options. Trevor (who I had worked with for my lease 3 years ago) was able to make time to sit with me, discuss options, and ultimately pointed me in the right direction for what I was looking for (certified pre-owned, AWD) After test-driving a pre-owned Rav4, he ran the numbers to give me an idea of payment options, etc. He took the time to go over multiple options with me, and even though my appointment was later in the evening, the weather was a mess, and it was an impromptu stop, the experience did not feel rushed. He was able to speak with the sales lead work with me within my budget, and puled out all the stops to allow the sale to happen that day, even waiving the oil change fee for the lease vehicle. Mark did a wonderful job explaining the financing plan and warranty information, and the deal was too good to pass up for a certified pre-owned vehicle with so few miles and additional warranty coverage. I'm loving the new vehicle, and enjoyed the experience. Solid team of individuals at St. Cloud Toyota! More
