Poor time management, lack of trust in service rep Went to my service appointment where team was not able to complete full service in 5 hours. Representative kept telling me it would be 10 more minutes Went to my service appointment where team was not able to complete full service in 5 hours. Representative kept telling me it would be 10 more minutes, etc... (like this for 2 hours). As soon as car was returned to me, 2 new lights flashed in dashboard. Had to return to Esserman the following week to have the car re-checked. They found new "problems" which they had supposedly fixed earlier and charged me twice, crazy amounts. Not returning. Not recommending Esserman. More
