More service items were completed in less time than was quo. I didn’t think I would even be able to get in when I expected because when I called, appointments were a few weeks out. I came in for 1 recall and an oil change. They did 6 recalls as well as the oil change and did the overall inspection as well. I was done within an hour and a half. More

We have a Hyundai Elantra that is at lease end. When inquiries were made as to how to handle the return, Duston fielded the call. We have been loyal Hyundai customers for years and have never been treat inquiries were made as to how to handle the return, Duston fielded the call. We have been loyal Hyundai customers for years and have never been treated at a Hyundai dealer as poorly as we were by this person. He not only was rude and dismissive regarding our questions, he wasn't ever really listening, repeatedly referring to his Tucson inventory when that was completely irrelevant to the discussion. He quoted incorrect numbers and made us feel like we had made wrong choices thus far, belittling as he talked. Once he decided he wasn't going to close a deal over the phone, he abruptly ended his speech and stated he had to "get back to his job" and hung up. When we made a complaint to management, we were equally dissatisfied. David's 1st sentence was "not sure what your complaint is". He goes on to boast about AH having the #1 CSR in Colorado, yadda yadda. If that's the best Hyundai can do in this state, they've got problems. We very easily could have been turned into repeat customers. We could've purchased a new or used car from these guys. At the very least we could have had a friendly transaction that would have netted the dealership excellent future profit from our very low miles off-lease car, with a solid review and recommendation to boot. Guess what's not happening? More
