Quite a few things were wrong(like the rude cocky guy who decided to make me demand my jets 4 times and then said "well when your engine blows up we aren't going to take it" to waiting 2 hours for paperwork to being told "oh we are financing you through kia" only to be told later "oh we went through citizens bank and btw you have to pass a loan interview which will determine if you truly keep your car(my perception guys) The GM Jerome seemed genuine for the most part.
