DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER******************I bought a CPO BMW in October from this dealership. I walked away with the car I wanted and feeling like I had a good experience. However, when I got h bought a CPO BMW in October from this dealership. I walked away with the car I wanted and feeling like I had a good experience. However, when I got home and reviewed my documents, I realized they added a $998.00 Premium Package to my bill. I called my sales rep and he spoke to the General Manager and said that I bought up a package/warranty but did not know which one. I told him that I declined all buy ups and warranties. He told me I had to talk to the Finance guy that I signed the paperwork who was out of the office that day. My sales rep guaranteed me a call the following day from the Finance guy. No one ever called. I called back the next day and spoke to the Finance guy and he told me this price is included in all car purchases and it is for nitrogen in the tires and sealant paint. I told him this is not true that this would be reflected in the car price and not an additional $998. I then spoke with the General Manager who informed me that I bought up this package warranty and this price is not added to each car. He offered to make my first car payment when I told him I was going to file a report with BBB and Attorney General. I told him this was not enough. He said he would call me back with options. He never called me back. After several calls and days, I finally reached him, and he agreed to give me my money back by canceling the warranty and cutting a check to my BMW account. I left the owner 2 vm to tell him about my terrible experience at his dealership and he never returned my calls. Do NOT buy a car from this dealer. They scammed me and almost got away with it. More

The service department was great there for this service. My car had been stolen and was being towed to BMW to change out the filters. Charged $175 for diagnosing a malfunctioning parts (TPMS) that were purchased from the same dealership. When you sell parts, at least be able to tell the customer that the part that was sold is not the c that were purchased from the same dealership. When you sell parts, at least be able to tell the customer that the part that was sold is not the correct one. So, I first paid for a parts that do not work, then pay to diagnose why they don't work. I was looking for getting a new BMW from this dealership soon, but no more! More
