We just purchased a 2021 XC90. When we arrived for the car and our appointment we had to wait another 30 minutes. Car had not sticker and a fog lamp was out on the vehicle. Needed a routine service on my vehicle and Patrick offered valet service for a loaner car, sent the video of the work and condition of my vehicle, and when I went in to pick it up, the cost of the ser offered valet service for a loaner car, sent the video of the work and condition of my vehicle, and when I went in to pick it up, the cost of the service was comped even though I had slightly exceeded the mileage to receive the complimentary service.
