I would like to give this dealership a better score but there seems to be a problem with their inspection process. Items were missed in both vehicles we purchased here. First, our truck - did not have curr there seems to be a problem with their inspection process. Items were missed in both vehicles we purchased here. First, our truck - did not have current oil change as noted. Oil life was down to 27% immediately after purchase. Second, this purchase, Cadillac XT5 - our advocate at pickup noted the windshield washer fluid was reported low and he checked it. The 2nd day of ownership, the notice came on again and we started the process through warranty to have it checked. A sensor was bad and we are waiting till the trial period is over to actually get it fixed. It’s not something to make me return the car but does make me irritated with Carvana for not taking time to correct this before our pick up day (which was over a week after completing the purchase documents online.)
