Bought my car from east hartford. Salesman was very nice (Cash). Ever experience after was horrendous. Went to Gary Rome Kia and had the most positive experience. The service dept is FANTASTIC ! !!...They are knowledgeable , helpful , and VERY concerned about the customer...My 2018 Kia Soul had check engine light issues..I needed to bring it i !!...They are knowledgeable , helpful , and VERY concerned about the customer...My 2018 Kia Soul had check engine light issues..I needed to bring it in 5 times over the past year....There were several different repairs needed...The first 4 times I was able to wait , But the last time the dealership wanted to keep the car for about one week...That was OK as they gave me a loaner vehicle , which was a new Soul...So far , no check engine light issues...I have referred many people to this dealership , as I strongly feel they are terrific to do business with !!
