The lending partners we work with have various criteria that, unfortunately, did not align with your needs this time. Additionally, I regret any confusion regarding our vehicle hold policy. It seems there was a miscommunication, and for that, I am truly sorry. Regarding our pricing, the vehicle you were interested in was offered at 110% of its trade-in value, which accounts for reconditioning and advertising expenses, as our aim is to sell vehicles at a fair retail price.
