I wanted a particular color in AWD which was not available at the Valparaiso dealership. They searched for the vehicle I wanted through other GMC dealerships and found the vehicle. My salesperson Matt was excellent...low key.. well-mannered. He showed me all the ins and outs of the vehicle once the vehicle was at the dealership. Document signing went smoothly. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Matt to acquaintances who may be looking to purchase a vehicle. I am a loyal GM purchaser. I have owned a GM vehicle of some sort for over 40 years.

Monte has poor customer service skill and a bad attitude problem. I regret getting my car from that place. I will not recommend anyone there based on him alone. Refelction on management

The car buying experience was great! The car - a lemon. I bought a used car, everything worked great until 3 days later and the transmission started acting up. They did get it serviced, but something is still not right. ABS light came on 8 days later. I talked to the sales person, the sales manager, and anyone else who would listen to try to take the car back and cancel the financing. Nope. "Once it's off the lot, we're no longer responsible." A dealer should stand behind their cars, even used, for at least a week. Buyer Beware!

Salesman was fair and good experience , had a issue with a blown front tire on a 65000 thousand new truck , bought the extra tire and wheel hazard insurance , running on the temp spare couldn’t get in to see service for 3 weeks to just take a picture and order a new tire , terrible service and no good to me will not be using this dealership for anything
