My salesperson Hayden was beyond wonderful in all respects, from scheduling to test drive to writing up quote, etc. Very communicative without pressure and gave me an invaluable tutorial on all the features of my purchase. 100% endorse doing business with him and this dealership. They take great care in work with the customer to ensure they have the right vehicle. The sales are not pushy and it’s apparent that the customer comes first. Hayden and John work hard to ensure you feel like family and that you’re comfortable with the vehicle you are wanting. I’ve been to Kennedy previously and not made purchases as the vehicles I looked at did not quite fit my needs; however, I’ve always wanted to do business with them as the pricing is excellent, the care and attentiveness is excellent, and the pressure is non-existent. They don’t slap on surprise fees like other dealers, and again they just do it right. Love our new vehicle and we’ll happily return in the future. More

I knew exactly what I wanted, found the car on-line at Kennedy Mazda, and then drove about an hour to Valpo for a test drive. Hayden was ready and waiting -- very efficient in prepping the car, answering Kennedy Mazda, and then drove about an hour to Valpo for a test drive. Hayden was ready and waiting -- very efficient in prepping the car, answering my questions, and handling the details -- and he's an interesting guy to talk to! I paid cash, with no trade-in, so the transaction was not complicated. That said, buying the car made for a pleasant afternoon. If I lived closer to Valpo, I would use Kennedy Mazda for my future service needs. As it is, I can highly recommend their sales operation. More
