What a wonderful sales Team! Sean, Daniel, Greg and Gabriel In Finance! This team treated me so well when I purchased my Gladiator, that I returned 2 weeks later to get a Jeep Wrangler Sahara with my wife. I’m almost afraid to go back - I might by another Jeep!

I found the Jeep with all the specs I wanted online at Pilson. I called the dealership to say I wanted it, and they pre-approved me for a loan. I nailed down the purchase price & the interest rate on the loan I would get through them over the phone. It was all set. They marked the Jeep sold to wait for me to arrive. I live four hours away so I drove down with my husband to finalize the sale. When we went to sign the sale/loan papers they said, "Oops, we made a mistake and your interest rate will be almost a full point more". I have a friend that works in finance at a car dealership. He told me this is a trick finance uses to make extra money on sales. I guarantee if this would have been a truck my husband was buying- we would have walked out. My husband wanted me to walk. Since this was the vehicle I wanted & needed for my business. Plus we were so far away, and we both have busy jobs.... we paid it. They were betting on us doing that knowing all of this. We left feeling disappointed in the tactic used on us for them to make a little extra money. ***I paid full asking price of Jeep. ***Tracey Hardesty was the salesperson

Good people, friendly, polite, no pressure to make a decision on our purchase, gave us time to test drive the vehicle. We drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle, it was worth the trip.

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!
