I found a new grand highlander from them, I called them and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which they said they can’t do until it is in freight mode. I said Ok, call me asap and I will put it down immediately. They just called me and told me that the vehicle had been sold to someone locally because those people are allowed to put down a deposit. I specifically asked them if they would sell this vehicle to someone out of state. Don’t appreciate being lied to by Kimberly Taylor and the sales managers at Williams Toyota of Binghamton.

Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

Bought a Tacoma comning off a lease. Truck had some problems, but the Sales team + the Service Team worked very hard to resolve them, all through warranty. Took several tries to resolve one problem, but they kept their positive and helpful attitudes and finally located + solved the problem in the truck's rear. The whole group here is awesome, well-trained and responsive.
