#1 Cochran Nissan Cranberry

This was a completely horrible customer service experience. It started out well but is not ended well at all. We bought a used 2014 Nissan Frontier pickup. Which would like very much but I've been experience. It started out well but is not ended well at all. We bought a used 2014 Nissan Frontier pickup. Which would like very much but I've been unable to drive it because it has some serious brake issues. After contacting the dealership several times my text message and email I finally got a response back after I posted a negative review on Google. We were told when we bought the truck that the brakes have been completely serviced but this was a lie. Seems they put new pants and new rotors on what failed book new hardware or Grease in the proper locations and failed to tighten several bolts, the brake calipers and caliper mounting brackets are completely rusted out and should have been replaced, the pads metal backing plates came off and caused scaring on the rotors plus the parking brake is not working.Also when they put the wheels back on over tighten the lug nuts by likely using an impact wrench. This caused five of the lug bolts to break. This has made the truck unsafe to drive. As a retired mechanic I will be redoing what the Cochran Nissan service department failed to do. Do the job right. It'll cost me close to $800. I did speak with the sales manager Matt Barone who had no desire or incentive to help on this and actually had the gal to blame me ! He is not a mechanic and it seemed he really doesn't understand why this happened. Failure of a mechanic at the Cochran Nissan dealership service department mechanic. I am calling the Cochran corporate office, the state attorney generals office and local TV media consumer reporters. I am a 66 year old disabled man dealing with cancer and I can do a better job than their mechanic did. Shame on you Cochran Nissan and Matt Barone for putting my and my family's life in danger. More

After looking at the car profiles online, I tho 5.0 star rating 3/30/2021 I was on the fence about a new car and couldn't decide on Nissan or Toyota. After looking at the car profiles online, I thought I would go with Nissan as I disliked the grille on the Toyota's. I made a good choice. I worked with Quinn Sassone and he helped me make my decision with no pressure at all. He showed me the models I was interested in, I took them for a test drive and made my decision. I believe I got a very decent price, the deal was made and I went home with my new Nissan Sentra. Quinn was a great help and made me very comfortable. Got a decent price on my trade-in, too. All in all, if you are looking for a Nissan and hate the "buying a new car" hassle, I recommend seeing Quinn. A nice, accommodating young man. I love the no pressure way of doing business. Very satisfied. More
