Don’t Trust them was told their motto was complete transparency. They tricked me into a $3500 service contract. Never brought it up to me. The first day I sat there for 5 hours and they told me they could not get my financing approved. They let me take the car home. A few days later mike Webster called me and gave me numbers and said it was the best they could do. I came back and signed the papers trusting they were trying to help me.. I didn’t notice until much later what had happened. So be careful . They do not provide complete transperancy. They are just as crooked and the stereotype indicates. It was my stupid fault, I should have read everything carefully rather than trusting. When will there be a car dealership that really cares about the customer? More

We will never go to another dealership! My husband and I decided to purchase a used car, as our car at the time had over 183,000 miles on it. We went to 2 other , but neither one were willing to help up. We decided to go to this one because , well it was close to home. We were in contact with Eric Breed, and decided to go look one last time. Eric went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. He got us a great deal on our car, and instead of purchasing a used car, we got a gorgeous 2019 Rogue, with a great price. Also want to give a huge shout out to Mike Webster, for helping us with financing and throwing in an extended warranty for mere $20 more a month. We will never go to another dealership, and I will be telling everyone I know that this is the place to go. More

Best Buying Experience I've Ever Had I was extremely pleased by the overall service I received from Robert Lisella and the team. I came to the dealership with a used/low mileage vehicle a I was extremely pleased by the overall service I received from Robert Lisella and the team. I came to the dealership with a used/low mileage vehicle already in mind. Unfortunately that vehicle was no longer there by the time I got there. Bob was extremely patient with me and found a similar vehicle for me without trying to push me into buying a new vehicle. In fact, the car he found for me was better than what I had originally went there for. Bob went through all the car's features and compared the different models to show me where my car stacked up in the Rogue class. The test drive was extremely informative through both Bob's knowledge of the vehicle and Bob allowing me to test out all the features first-hand. They gave me an extremely fair price for my trade-in, even better than the KBB price by quite a bit. I couldn't purchase the vehicle that day but I did put a deposit down and although the rest of the buying process took 3 hours the next day, Bob helped me with making sure I could transfer all my stuff from my old car to my new car and even put on my new license plate for me. Mike Webster made the financial part of it very easy and explained everything concisely and thoroughly. Overall this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone. More
