Easiest car purchase ever! I walked into the dealership knowing roughly what I wanted. The salesman, Albert, listened and brought me toward a car that was exactly what I wanted I walked into the dealership knowing roughly what I wanted. The salesman, Albert, listened and brought me toward a car that was exactly what I wanted and at a great price. He was friendly and not at all pushy as I've seen in other dealerships. We test drove it and in short time I met with a sales manager and later a finance person. Albert took the time to introduce me to the service and parts department. I left a few hours later with a beautiful pre-owned Honda HRV. Thanks for a great experience! More

Good buying experience with Albert Rodriguez Albert guided me through the sales process and explained things clearly to me. Took the car for a test drive and we even talked about personal events Albert guided me through the sales process and explained things clearly to me. Took the car for a test drive and we even talked about personal events in our lives and giving each other personal advice. Since I flew into Burbank airport and rented a car just to look at the Honda EX and taking the car that day, Albert accommodated me, by following me back to the airport car rental return and drove me back to the dealership in a Honda Hybrid which is was driving. Upon returning, the car had been prepped and detailed and ready for drive off. Paperwork process was smooth and not an all day affair. I recommend Albert to anyone wanting an easy going, no pressure purchase of their next new Honda. More
