Great Products-Very Accommodating Salesman I loved the car and our salesman, but disappointed there was actually no sale or incentives for the car we bought. Glad our dollars go to helpful Honda people doing good things for others. An incentive or rebate of some kind would’ve been nice, or even a little grocery sack or movie tickets. I like they filled up the gas tank, which would’ve been about $50, and they didn’t tack on a charge for it. Our salesmans Johann was very kind and very patient as it had been a long time since we bought a new car (our previous car went 202,000 miles). It took me all day to decide between 2 different dealerships. I never felt like Johann was putting any pressure on me, because the car basically sold itself. He even helped us set up our phones and auto seat adjustments (when you walk up to the car with your fob, the car automatically adjusts the seat to your settings). Cool feature. The only thing that was frustrating was I needed to see numbers but it was like prying teeth, the number people (of any dealership) won’t go over nitty gritty unless you are committed to walking out with the keys in your hand. I had a difficult time with that, because I needed to know those numbers to make a decision, which the numbers person had a hard time understanding. If I’m making a major purchase, I need exact details. It was like it would be wasting their time to do it if I wasn’t serious about buying their car. I was absolutely serious and was leaving with a car from one dealership or another that day. However, I needed the details from BOTH dealerships to make a decision. Dealerships need to learn customers need the details, this alleviates sticker shock. Maybe they need an abbreviated method of an approximation of payments based on customers credit scores, so it is not such a hardship or waste of their time if you decide on a different vehicle at a different dealership. The other dealership had offered 3x what Honda was giving me, so not so generous on the trade ins. More

Chase and Juan are the best! I came in to the dealership on a Monday only to get an oil change, little did I know that I would test drive my new car. Chase took me down to the garage to get the car I've been eyeing, a 2018 Accord 2.0 in the sickest blue paint job. I was sold on the test drive. We came back to the dealership where I met Juan and he promised they would work with me to help me take the car home. I came back that Friday just to talk numbers, not expecting to take the car. Quick and easy experience I came to the dealer to see if a Honda Accord would be the right fit for me and that’s all I really wanted to do. Once I realized that I was set on the Accord Gabriel helped me get the car that I wanted and deserved! Not only was he extremely helpful, he made the entire process quick and easy. Upon entering the dealership Gabe was nothing short of exceptional. He was friendly, highly knowledgeable and extremely patient. He really made us feel like we were family and he would do anything he could to make sure we found the right car for us. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable (which is unusual for us when purchasing new vehicles). Since we were not sure about the exact model and options we wanted, Gabe patiently allowed us to check out any and every vehicle we were interested in-and boy, we sure did. :) He was very professional and extremely dedicated. He clearly cares about his customers In a most genuine way. In fact absolutely everyone on staff was amazing. The service department has been the best we have ever experienced too.
