Since I was on my second Pilot I decided to look at the pilot again. The new pilot looks great, is the perfect size for me and my family and has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I went to First Honda to buy a new pilot and I had a great experience. The sales consultant knew the car inside and out. He took the time to give us a great test drive and took great care to make sure my wife and I had a good experience buying our car. I highly recommend First Honda and plan to come back for my fourth Pilot. More

Not only were we not helped upon getting there, we got stuck with Johann who did NOT want to sell us a car while we desperately need to get one at the best rate we can. We were then thrown to salesman Juan Sanchez who definitely gave the impression that he was barely willing to show us several lease options. The service here is poor and it's a shame because I would love to support a Simi business, but I will never recommend this dealer to anyone or be back. More

Horrible customer service I came in to the dealership to inquire about leasing a new Honda Civic. After 2 hours of waiting and filling out paper work the salesman Juan Sanchez I came in to the dealership to inquire about leasing a new Honda Civic. After 2 hours of waiting and filling out paper work the salesman Juan Sanchez didn’t even bother to negotiate or help me after I let him know I had gone to Galpin Honda. I told him that I wanted to know if he could beat their deal that was offered to me as I was looking to lease at the best rate possible. He said no way and didn’t even hesitate to fold up his offer and thank me for coming. As a serious customer coming into the dealer hoping to leave with a car, I felt that this type of customer service was absolutely terrible. Don’t buy or lease your car from this dealership because they don’t care to give serious buyers the time of day. I will not be coming back here and would not recommend you do either. More

I needed a new car, as my Honda Odyssey has well over 200,000 miles on it. We had been to several other car dealerships in the days before and had not found the right car or the right deal for us. Gabriel was fantastic! Helpful, but not unrealistic. If we asked questions that he wasn’t sure about, he went to his manager to check instead of making something up- which we had dealt with at other places. We researched prices and they priced it very well compared to other Honda dealerships in the So Cal. Definitely planning on doing business with Gabriel again! More
