Johan was great Johan was very friendly and knowledgable. He knew everything about the car and was very accommodating. We were joking around a lot, too. But.... did I buy the car from him or the salesman? I still don't know. The process itself was grueling. The salesman was friendly and seemed to want my business. He worked with me, though it took a few hours. Overall, I feel as woman with a female friend in tow, that we were not that well respected. My friend was referred to as "Ms. Moral Support" and when there was a misunderstanding on the salesman's part about my trade-in, a manager came over and said "If you have a problem with our service you can leave and we'll call it even." He said this because we asked to have it in writing that I was leaving a $300 deposit check with him. It was really rude and I don't believe a man would be spoken to that way. It was just a bad vibe. I wound up with the car I wanted, so that's great, but in regards to customer service for women, I feel the dealership has a ways to go. First I was told they'd give me $300 for my trade in. After the deal was done and we shook on it, the salesman said we have a problem. My manager doesn't want your car and we're not giving you $300, so now we're adding $300 to the price of the car. That's when the manager told us we could leave if we didn't like the service. But at that point I'd put four hours in and I bit my tongue. But as I said, Johan made the other parts of the visit kind of fun, so I was thankful for him. More

Work was finished in 2.5 hours - and the car was washed. Detailed checklist showed "all green" - nothing needing attention, not tires, brake pads, belts. I did get the windshield wipers replaced - cheaper than buying them from an auto parts store. More

Wasn't expecting to buy a car Went into First Nissan to get service on my crap 2014 Nissan Sentra, I'll spare the details, but let's just say a Nissan is not the best idea. I was o Went into First Nissan to get service on my crap 2014 Nissan Sentra, I'll spare the details, but let's just say a Nissan is not the best idea. I was of course "fished" by a salesperson who offered some used Hondas from Nissan. I was very insistent on a Honda. Long story short, Nissan couldn't help me so escorted me to First Honda. They couldn't give me what I REALLY wanted (couldn't afford a big down payment and the crap Nissan was worth next to nothing) so a Civic or Accord was completely out of the question. But after several hours of negotiations they offered a 2018 Honda Fit Sport on 3 year lease for the same payment I had on the crap Nissan. Now, I don't think I got the best deal I could've if I was actually prepared to buy a car that day, but all in all I'm FINALLY back in a Honda and in the Honda "family" not losing anything. And I actually do really like the Fit (compared to the crap I had previously it's AWESOME). If I play my cards right at the end of this lease I'm hoping to get into at least a Civic if not an Accord (my DREAM is a V6 sport but unless I win the lottery in the next 3 years probably not practical). That's my story, not the "fairytale" I wished it to be, but hey, I live in reality and I'm back in a Honda! More
