I guess they didn't want my business My review is purely based on the service center. I have a 2017 civic hatchback sport touring that needed regularly scheduled maintenance so I called My review is purely based on the service center. I have a 2017 civic hatchback sport touring that needed regularly scheduled maintenance so I called First Honda Simi Valley because it is the closest dealership to where I live. I never got a response. The first time I called the phone kept ringing with no answer. One week later I tried again and was able to leave a voicemail. I stated my name, contact info and requested a call back to schedule an appointment for service. Two weeks later, still no response so I drove out of my way to Oxnard where they always handle things promptly and professionally. Thinking back I've attempted to get service here before and didn't do it then either because I was turned off by the service department. I'll continue to drive out of my way to a dealership that acts like they like taking care of a Honda as much as I do! More
