I recently lost my vehicle to the hurricane and I started shopping for a vehicle. I came across 21st century auto group and found a 5 series BMW for an amazing price. I also ran into their reviews and hesitated to contact the dealer. I had prior experience with bait and switch with local dealers. I contacted the sales department and Steffany informed me the vehicle was available, although I was not convinced. I put aside my pride and drove under 2hrs to the dealership. I was amazed by the selection and off the hook showroom. One sales person said the vehicle may be sold. I knew it was to good to be true. BUT all the way tucked in the corner of the huge showroom we found the car. It is funny how if I would have listened to all of the negative reviews I would have missed out on my amazing new/used car. I guess people do not understand even with our vast technology that we cannot only rely on it. I feel really sorry for their brand because there are many people that say negative things about this dealer. I visited on a Saturday morning and saw many sales person putting temporary tags on recently sold vehicles. My sales person suggested I post a review about my experience because they are working on their image and brand. It looks like I'm the only one that posted a review this week to reflect my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a quality highline vehicle. More

Went in to look at a ML, spoke to Aaron. He was a big help. At the end of the day they are all car salesmen, but everyone has to eat and make a living. Had a great experience with 21 Century Auto Group. After saving up and looking for a 7 series for a bout 2 years and many scams and BS salesman I finally found one. I was at wits end as my engine on my 96 Acura went for the second time and I was about to start a new job soon. I had a week to find my 7 and I was very determined NOT to pay a car note on a car I settled for. I was close on 3 different deals during the week. One was a little above my budget at 33K, another was in Alabama for 25K but I could not test drive or see it and the initial inspection had a red flag despite the dealer objecting to the findings. With only 2 to 3 days left to find my 7 or any car I stayed up late online and saw an 06 750i with only 48K miles but the price was about 29K. I decided to call even though it was pricier and had no pics. I spoke to Daniel who text me pics the next day even though they were not on the cars site or their own site. I came on in with only wild interest but fell in love with the car ASAP. Ralph got me the car for $26,500 after listing it for $28,995 WOW! And he was easy going with NO pressure at all. we talked about food, sports, site seeing. Man did he relieve so much pressure off me. Get a life people instead of bombing hard-working poeple that treated me and my family exceptionally well and most important worked with me and my not so good credit to get the car that suited my fmailys needs...
