Cars posted are not really cars trying to sell. I reached out about a car I was viewing, only to get told it's not available and then sent me a similar car they are trying to sell with features not I reached out about a car I was viewing, only to get told it's not available and then sent me a similar car they are trying to sell with features not even close. Where do I start? I contacted the dealership to inquire about a BMW I saw on their website. The representative told me the car was available, and sechudled an immediate appointment. Upon arrival, my husband and I were somewhat greeted, and asked to have a seat. The first thing I noticed about the place, was that it was obscenely cluttered with cars, and limited space. We were greeted by a salesman, and he invited us to sit at his desk. We explained we wanted a particular car priced at 29k. The sales man then mentioned "the car unfortunately had undercarriage damage, and did not pass our safety inspection. We have a similar vehicle that is 6k more." He also expressed how he drives a BMW, and they are reliable vehicles. First red flag. So he asked for my license to go on a test drive. It went on without incidence. Then we sit down to talk numbers. The price of the car went up by 9k, and there would be no negotiations due to the fact we already got an autoloan thru our credit union. The salesman was very pushy about "making a deal" in which I felt very uncomfortable (second red flag). Ultimately, I did not purchase a vehicle from them, as they were asking for retail value prices for high mileage vehicles. Most of the cars in there were from auctions or salvage title cars. How can this dealership expect top dollar for cars that have damage or aren't legitimate? The next day my husband and I went to a legitimate BMW dealership and purchased the same car with low mileage, and ZERO hidden fees. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Go to a real dealership to buy your car. More
