Friendly efficient service. I dont like the fact that I was sold a used car(24,000 miles) that needed brakes and rotors. The rotors were comped but I didn't feel like I should h I dont like the fact that I was sold a used car(24,000 miles) that needed brakes and rotors. The rotors were comped but I didn't feel like I should have to pay 600.00 for brakes after I drove 15000 miles. I bought used cars that did a front to back inspection and everything was good, new brakes, fresh oil, all switches and knobs worked. Not my car! More

F150 Transmission problems (related to recall) Service Staff went above & beyond to be sure the problem was resolved. The F150 transmission problem was beguiling and often only appeared occasionall Service Staff went above & beyond to be sure the problem was resolved. The F150 transmission problem was beguiling and often only appeared occasionally. However, after the initial recall "fix", the problem got worse. Bay State Ford investigated and resolved it so that our 6 year old work truck runs "like new". Thank you Andy! More

I unexpectedly dropped in to have routine maintenance on my 2013 Ford Taurus . There Chuck told me about a 2018 Taurus with low mileage and in perfect condition. I bought it because I trust the salesman Chuck and because he made the transition so easy. In less than an hour I had a good price, a good trade , a fabulous car and I drove it home in no time!
