The F150 transmission problem was beguiling and often only appeared occasionall Service Staff went above & beyond to be sure the problem was resolved. The F150 transmission problem was beguiling and often only appeared occasionally. However, after the initial recall "fix", the problem got worse. Bay State Ford investigated and resolved it so that our 6 year old work truck runs "like new". Thank you Andy! More

I bought it because I trust the salesman Chuck and because he made the transition so easy. In less than an hour I had a good price, a good trade , a fabulous car and I drove it home in no time!
