The games that are associated with trade-ins and purchases were not played. We test drove the truck one night and told Bill we still wanted to test drive other manufacturers before we made a final decision. He said no problem and was confident we would be back. He knew how his vehicle compared to others. When we called him later in the week we were able to agree to a price that was fair to both of us within the matter of a few emails. Two hours later the truck was sitting in my driveway. In the past at other dealerships each time you go to the dealership you would be stuck there for a minimum of two to three hours for each visit (1, negotiate, 2, sign the papers and lastly the pick up). All these hours would be spread out over the span of a week. I appreciated Bill's honestly and ability to wrap up our deal in a timely matter without jeopardizing customer service.
