Well, our 16-year-old vehicle was getting tired and it was time to think about a new one. We had been thinking about a Jeep because the new Cherokees were receiving good reviews and met our criteria for w was time to think about a new one. We had been thinking about a Jeep because the new Cherokees were receiving good reviews and met our criteria for what we needed (i.e. dependability; affordability; handles well in snow; well styled). We meandered over to 495 Chrysler Jeep in Lowell, MA while our old vehicle was in for repair at a nearby garage. At this point, we hadn’t done a ton of research on the Jeeps, but we wanted to personally check out the Jeeps before going much further. We first met Shaheen Ghandchi, sales consultant, as we were checking out the vehicles on the lot at 495 Chrysler Jeep. He casually approached us and asked us if we needed any help or had any questions. We braced ourselves for a high pressure sales pitch, as we had experienced numerous times in the past at other dealerships…but it never came. Since that day, we returned to 495 Chrysler Jeep several times throughout the month and met with Shaheen, to explore the various models Jeep had to offer; test drive the vehicle; ask a ton of questions; and eventually to talk numbers. Never once was there pressure to buy. When we did decide to buy, Shaheen respected that we knew what we wanted in the vehicle and never pressured us to take an “as is” vehicle. We were so specific in our criteria that we ended up building the Jeep, at no extra cost. Shaheen knows this product exceptionally well, and he worked hard for us in a very pleasant and relaxed style. He returned our phone calls and text messages promptly; he listened to what was important to us in a vehicle; and he spent a lot of time making certain that we got what we were looking for. Shaheen was at all times professional, thoughtful, and genuine. During this process, we received several calls from other dealerships who were pushy and overbearing. Working with Shaheen was simply PAINLESS. Additionally, 495 Chrysler Jeep started at a lower price point than the other dealerships we had checked out. During the process we also worked with Shah, and Tony, who are Shaheen’s brother and father. They also were terrific to work with. 495 Chrysler Jeep has a nice showroom and service waiting area. They also have a huge inventory. We also appreciate that Jeep honors the military service of men and women by offering a $500 discount to US veterans, which, as a retired Army officer, my husband qualified for. We decided on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 with the Cold Weather Group Package, and we love it! Who knew that buying a car could actually be an ENJOYABLE experience? By far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Did some research on the 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude I wanted to purchase and submitted a request for further information, I received a r ever had!!! Did some research on the 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude I wanted to purchase and submitted a request for further information, I received a response back almost immediately from James, who answered most all of my questions before even arriving at the dealership. After receiving the answers to my questions and assurance from James that the vehicle I wanted was in stock and the price range I needed to be in, I made arrangements to meet with him by the weeks end to talk further. When I arrived at the dealership on Friday morning @ 10 am, the Jeep I had interest in, was already warmed up and waiting at the building entrance, and I was greeted by James almost immediately of arriving. Very pleased to have worked with James on this deal, he was very patient and understanding of my budget and needs and gave full effort to getting the exact price point that I could afford without all the excess stress and intimidation I have experienced in many other car buying experiences. The whole "sign and drive" from arrival at the dealership to the final signatures before delivery was under 2 hrs (especially with only 2 trips into the finance dept to get to the exact price point we needed to be at) and full delivery of my new Jeep was completed by the end of the same day with everything handled directly on there end from start to finish!!! Being a single mother, and being overdue for a new vehicle, it was not a task that I was looking forward to due to numerous unpleasant vehicle purchases in my past....but thankfully in working with James and 495 Jeep, they proved me wrong and got me into the exact vehicle I wanted (with all the options I wanted & then some) and in the exact price range for my budget and eliminated all the nonsense that "usually" goes along with the process. And even after delivery of the vehicle, I have had contact with James to make sure that I did not have any further questions on my purchase and that everything was satisfactory with my new Jeep. He also took the time to remember both my mothers and daughters name and was very courteous to them both as well, during our visit to the dealership. Couldn't be more happier with my experience at 495 Jeep and definitely look forward to working with both James and 495 Jeep again at lease end. Sales associates and sales managers are there for themselves, not the customer. They rush through the final transaction, and want you out the door as soon as you sign the final piece of paper. They do not follow through with their promises, and are not fully knowledgeable with the car they are selling. I am currently leasing a car from them, and will never return to this dealership, and I would never advise anyone to buy/lease from them. Chrysler needs to review their business model and question their practice of giving this dealership cars to sell. They are a poor and distasteful image of Chrysler, Inc. Highly recommended you search other Chrysler/Dodge dealerships if you are in the market to buy/lease a car. More

Run, dont walk to this dealership. If you can get Jonathan as your sales person all the better. I had visited Several dealerships from different makers and left every single one feeling like I need Jonathan as your sales person all the better. I had visited Several dealerships from different makers and left every single one feeling like I needed a Silkwood Shower. Then i walked into 495 Jeep. I could write a novel at how patient, fair and informative they were with me. I asked more questions over a 10 day period than even I would have had patience to answer and never once did I feel like Jonathan was not eager to answer them. There was NO pressure, there was no slick salesmanship just straight forward information and answers. Love my new Jeep and can't imagine buying another car anywhere else. More
