The brakes are extremely loose when driving. Had to take a long road trip day after maintenance work was done, and in several instances had to press pedal with the full force of my leg. I was having battery issues with my car and called up this Mazda to see if they could help. I was visiting from out of state and asked if they could squeeze me in so I could make it back home. Dealer was fair in the assessment of what I believe was a warranty issue. They did not charge for diagnostics however they also found no issues with the vehicle just based on the lack of fault codes. The symptoms of the issue is evident (coolant won’t go up to operating temperature verified by the gauge and obd reader) yet they could not do anything about it. I have a feeling if the car was not under warranty they would have quoted me on the repairs. Overall, quick and professional service and I understand their limitations in this matter. More
