Service dept was great handling my unscheduled drop off. We’re good at communicating progress. Helped with transportation to/from work and home with Uber and a free loaner. Fixed problem. Again, unscheduled drop off on Monday due to engine trouble on way to work. Uberred me to work. Did not have loaner available. Diagnosed issue. Part didn’t arrive next day (ordered too late). When part was sent to wrong location the next day, they were able to arrange for me to get a loaner. I asked again for my inspection report. They ran it and gave it to me. Since my car was in the shop I elected to have extra work done based on report. Didn’t get my car back until following Monday because the work wasn’t going to be completed until sometime Saturday. They said I could hold onto loaner until then. I really wanted my car back Friday. Communication became spotty Friday, that I ended up going to the dealership to see if by chance they were able to finish the work on Friday. In general, communication was good this experience but not as good as previous. More
