The only issue I had with the service is when I arrived an advisor just rattled off what services they were doing and asked me to go to the waiting room. In the past with Lannan I sat down with the advisor an advisor just rattled off what services they were doing and asked me to go to the waiting room. In the past with Lannan I sat down with the advisor and went over everything before hand so I had the opportunity to ask questions before the work began.
