Overall I was very pleased with my visit at Lannan Mazda. I worked with Dave Howe and he spent several hours with me making sure I knew every feature of every car I wanted to look at. My only complaint was that they were not as flexible on the list price as some other dealers I visited, and seemed to be squeezing me on the trade-in value. Just had my car serviced with Lannan Mazda. Roger at the service area is the best! Courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. He even helped buff out a few scratches from the door of my car. Bought a brand new CX 5. So far my experience has been great, though I ernded up spending more than I originally intended. But I got a car that I love and that's what I wanted. Everyone I met at Lannan was really nice and Elliot did a great job explaining everything I needed to know and making sure I was compleyely happy when I drove me new car off the lot. He even called me from home on his day off to let me know my car was in and that I could pick it up the next day. Even told me to feel free to call him back at home if I had any questions, which I did. He was so wonderful! New car dealers are not my favorite businesses to deal with, but I felt like this was a different experience. I only hope it's always this great. More
