I bought my car here in 2019. I like going there to get my oil changes as it’s very comfortable to hang out and have hot chocolate and watch tv. I recently had my car not start and needed to call AAA 2 separate times. After the first time my battery was dead I called Mazda and I was told it was Because I only took short trips and didn’t warm my car up enough. I thought that was weird, but I believed them. And then a month later my car was dead again and AAA told me me that my battery I bought and had it installed at. 495 Mazda needed to be replaced and it’s only been 18,000 miles since then so Mazda gave me a new battery at no charge of course. I didnt think that I should have to pay 55 dollars to have it installed but they told me I needed to pay for the Labor. Of course I did but that is the only thing that I didn't agree with. That being said, everyone is very nice there. I will continue to do business there More
