Okay service, however, Took a very long time for an oil change and tire rotation. I was also told I needed 4 brand new tires at the time of my next service, however, my vehicle only has 21k miles. Bran change and tire rotation. I was also told I needed 4 brand new tires at the time of my next service, however, my vehicle only has 21k miles. Brand new tires aren’t recommended/needed until 35-50k. The day after my service, my vehicle is still displaying that service is needed and “Oil Change Due”. Very annoying. More

Absolutely horrid told me i needed a new engine and transmission just for a bit of rattling took it to a different shop a smaller shop and they said they could find no problems with it quoted me over 9 transmission just for a bit of rattling took it to a different shop a smaller shop and they said they could find no problems with it quoted me over 9 thousand dollars for there to be no issues just a bit of rattling absolutely horrid experience and a waste of 5 hours of my day would not recommend coming here for diagnostics good for an oil change that’s about it More
