- Jane K.I am very happy to write this review for A1 Toyota dealership in Woodbridge CT. I recently left another dealership that I went to for 20+ years. Sadly, things drastically changed there, and unfortunately not for the better! I am so very fortunate, and very much appreciate now being a part of A1 Toyota! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and genuinely care about them as well! I have had my car serviced there three times now and just recently purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment done. Dan Wheeler (Assistant Parts and Services Director) is wonderful to his customers and takes pride in making sure they are satisfied. During this very difficult time of dealing with COVID 19 and being extremely cautious about where I go, I feel very comfortable going to this dealership! EVERYONE wears a mask and is very cognizant about distancing and being careful when interacting with their customers! Along with being vigilant they are also very accommodating and care that their customers feel comfortable and safe. I have fortunately found a new dealership that I am happy to be a part of. I feel totally supported at A1 therefore, I will be totally supportive of them as well. I wrote this review because I am a firm believer that loyalty is a reciprocal relationship and that allegiance should work both ways! They are an honest, caring and well run family owned dealership!

- wbpThis review is a follow up on an email I sent to Mr. Galardi (A-1 President) on 5/29. After having had my windshield broken during a routine service appointment on 5/21, I made an appointment to have it replaced (for free) on 5/29. When I arrived on 5/29, I was told that the windshield hadn't arrived yet and wouldn't arrive until the following Tuesday (6/2). No one had called to tell me my appointment had been canceled. I returned on 6/2 and had the replacement windshield installed. A week later, my wife mentioned to me that she was getting a double image on our HUD. A-1 had installed the wrong windshield. The correct windshield was eventually installed on 6/15. I've given A-1 three stars because of my past, good experiences with A-1. However, it took three visits and one faulty repair before A-1 corrected the damage they did to my car. I've seldom experienced this level of carelessness and/or incompetence in a business and plan to take my business elsewhere in the future. I do want to commend Tariq Mohammad. My interaction with him has been very good. He's always kept his cool, even when I haven't always maintained mine.

- Bob Jarvis JrWife bought a 2018 Sienna awd and I must say -Its my favorite SUV ever-The sales person-Andrew Constantinou is very pleasant and knowledgeable and above all patient with me in the set-up of the electronics[TBI}--Today I brought it in 4 the free 20k service and was informed about a plastic molding under the seat that needed replacement-They had the part installed and covered in 2 days-WOW-Tariq Muhammad was the most real/caring person I EVER meet in a service dept-there lucky in my book to have him-I WILL BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE THERE AGAIN-Bob Jarvis

- JanA-1 saved the day by agreeing to correct sub-standard body shop work done by another dealership. They did not have to take on a job, which required them to fix someone else's mistakes, but they agreed to do the work necessary. Working with Ralph and Christina made for a pleasant experience, at an exceptionally trying time with the other dealership. They were extremely professional, guiding me through the whole process and providing me my vehicle in proper working condition when the job was complete. The A-1 body shop team was great to work with, and I would recommend them highly.

- pankI recently took my Toyota Prius to A-1 for body work after an accident. I was noticeably upset. I was completely reassured and put at ease. The body shop manager, Ralph Doyon and the shop coordinator Christina Hendricks treated me with great courtesy and competence. They handled everything promptly and efficiently. My car was restored to showroom new appearance. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by A-1. I cannot imagine every taking my vehicle anywhere else. I also know, that when I am ready for my next car I will look no further than A-1.

- RaghuFirst, they don't even wash your car when you give it for a service. That's something new to me. When asked about the wash they say "no wash offered for 'JUST' an oil change". Well, that oil change took more than 2 hours with a scheduled appointment. Tony was really helpful though. I'm just tagging him in this review cause I don't remember the names of the people with whom I interacted with.
