But if you're patient and do your homework before you arrive, you can really get a great deal and a great car at far below retail. I read prior reviews about MIRIAM RODRIGUEZ and decided that I would request her before I arrived. She has over 10 years experience selling cars and is a true professional. Yes, you will find questionable sales people at A Better Way, guys who look like they just came from the beach or rolled out of bed. But Miriam carries and presents herself in a professional manner. She communicated with me and on my delivery of vehicle date, even picked me up from the train station. Do your homework on the vehicle before you arrive. Run your own carfax and find out if the car's history is acceptable to you. Look at comparable cars. It will probably be $2000-$4000 cheaper than anything comparable. Miriam has a large following of loyalty repeat customers so she is always busy. But she is busy for a good reason. I highly recommend requesting Miriam to assist you in your wholesale car purchase. Miguel Helped Ease The Pain I give Miguel a 5 star in helping me in the chaotic atmosphere. I'd never been to a used car dealership such as this. It was like being at the NYS Exc I give Miguel a 5 star in helping me in the chaotic atmosphere. I'd never been to a used car dealership such as this. It was like being at the NYS Exchange but Miguel was kind, friendly and professional and seem to be more suitable for a New car dealership, so I was happy that he was able to help me. As far as my experience there? I got there 12 noon and didn't leave home until 9:45pm with the car I purchased due to a headlight repair. They were nice and offered me food and wanted to make sure that I was able to take the car home. I appreciated that but I'm a little disappointed with my car so far. Their advetisement states " Each of our vehicles undergoes a rigorous pre-delivery safety inspection to ensure it will be worry-free from the moment you pick it up." Well my 2013 Lexus that I've always wanted is far from worry free. They had it for 7 days and made repairs but I'm still experiencing the same problems before the repairs. The car appeared to have never been looked at after the purchase from a NJ auction and before they delivered it to me. I found out it's been in 2 accidents through a vin search, one with structual damage. I haven't enjoyed my purchase and traded in my perfectly working 07 Honda Accord. I'm thankful that they are working with me and that the car is still under the Lexus manufactures warranty but I was not expecting this for a 2013 Luxury vehicle. More
