Everything went smooth On Thursday of last week my daughter and I went to look at a car we saw online. I must say when we first walked in and I saw all the sales people and On Thursday of last week my daughter and I went to look at a car we saw online. I must say when we first walked in and I saw all the sales people and all the customers sitting at their desks, I thought oh boy we are going to be just another faceless person with a number stuck to our heads & we're going to hear a pressure filled sales pitch. I could not have been more wrong! Miriam was wonderful!!! She had to help another customer who spoke only Spanish but got Jim to take us for a test drive. He was great and knowledgable. As soon as miriam was done helping the other customer she came right over to us and helped answer any questions and tell us what the next step was. She knew her and Jim we're going to be off the next day and I was picking up my car on Saturday, so they made sure my car was taken care of that day. on Saturday when I picked it up it was spotless and ready for me to drive home. She took care of us like we were the only Customer she was helping, even though she had 2 other people that were picking cars up that morning. She is an excellent multitasker!!! I must say I can't find a negative thing to say about my experience. Miriam and Jim worked great together. I am a very satisfied customer! I have already told all my fiends where to go when they need a used car:) More

Not Your Average Car Buying Experience, But It Worked For Us We would have initially preferred to go with a regular franchise dealership and avoid the privately owned used car variety. After searching a 100 mile We would have initially preferred to go with a regular franchise dealership and avoid the privately owned used car variety. After searching a 100 mile radius online for more than a month, we kept focusing on one vehicle at A Better Way Wholesale Autos. The price was just too good to be true and it was the model and color we wanted. We checked out online reviews which were for the most part, discouraging and shady. Being of open mind with nothing to lose for looking, we decided to give them a try. Its not your average dealership and the shear volume of cars they turn over from auction make their system hectic and confusing. If you have a decent knowledge of cars and inspect and purchase wisely, a great deal can be had. In the end we walked away happy customers with a used car who felt we got a great deal and were treated fairly. They got us a very reasonable interest rate and went a step further when we requested the car receive an alignment. In the process they discovered the front ball joints were worn and replaced them free of charge. Upon taking the car to our usual mechanic, we were pleased to find no major issues, and it was declared to be an excellent value in great condition. The one star deduction would be for the incovienience of having to wait for paperwork on the car to clear and the fact that given their volume and setup, you won't be a priority customer with red carpet service. Given those circumstances Thery Sanon was a helpful salesman who communicated with us with truthfulness and respect. He was great. All in all, we would highly recommend giving them a try. In the future they would be the first place we would consider looking for a car and would recommend to our friends and family. We had a very positive experience and will be return customers. More
