Spend too much time waiting I did not like the fact that each car had to be taken from another lot, so in between each car there was a lot of waiting time. Although it was a long wait to get our car - due to the sheer volume of folks picking up cars (which is a good thing!) - it was not a stressful wait because they have TV's, snacks coffee etc. I would definitely buy another car here and would recommend to anyone I meet! When we walk in to speak to someone about the vehicle, the place was packed, and Thery spoke to us, and we told him about the vehicle listed online. He told us it was available, we made a down payment, the vehicle was ours! Of course it had a few issues like the tires had to be changed and etc. When we drove it home, we realized, out of all the tires that had to be changed only three was changed and one was left bald. We brought it back and the issue was not resolved. We also found out we didn't have a spare tire. Overall we are happy with purchase because our vehicle runs good, but just didn't like the fact they weren't thorough and courtesy with the service rendered. More

Worth the wait....? We traveled about a hour to get to this dealership. The deals we saw on line couldn't be beat by any dealership closer to us. He was working with other people but took a minute to say hello and that he would be with us shortly. It didn't take very long for him to get to us and get the car to show us. My husband took the test drive and came back happy, loving the car. He decided this was the car he wanted. This is where the very long wait started. They had to take the tint off the front windows and we had to wait for the finance woman. It was a Sunday so there was only one person working finance so this took a very long time! Kile kept checking on us and showed us where to get free water & chips. Since we had our 6yr old with us this was a winner!! It being Sunday they could not have the car detailed but Kile took it out back and hosed it off so it looked decent. I thought that was above and beyond what he needed to do!! Once we finally got to finance the woman was very nice and quick! Before long we were on our way. We ran into an issue with the drivers side window within minutes of leaving the dealership so turned around. Kile helped with what he could but all the mechanics had left for the day. He assured us that he would get us in for an appointment this week to get it taken care of. I found Kile to be extremely helpful knowledgeable. He definitely made our experience worth the wait! More

You may have to wait a few minutes while they get the car for you, since the cars are located not in front of the dealership but in the adjacent lots. Our salesperson Johnny was very helpful and open. Overall, excellent experience and we are happy to recommend this dealership. More
