Sales A+++ Finance dept. disregards customers requests I give the rating a three because I was happy on one side of the deal, unhappy with the other. The sales side with Junior was a breeze, he was very easy to work with and not pushy at all! The tough part was the sales and finance part have a lack of connection, and even though I specifically asked to apply for only one place at first, the finance dept. did not follow my specific orders and pulled my credit 11 times. I was furious about this but there is nothing the Sales team could do because the finance and sales dept. are not linked together. I do not recommend using their finance dept. AT ALL. Definitely work with Junior though, very pleasant to work with! More

Ask for Miriam! My experience was a very interesting one to say the least and while I was not happy with a few things that occurred or the fact that now 8 days later My experience was a very interesting one to say the least and while I was not happy with a few things that occurred or the fact that now 8 days later the transmission is slipping and I have an appt to bring it in to be looked at once again. I may have not been impressed or even content with the dealership I must say I was extremely happy with Miriam. This employee knows what shes doing and cares about her customers. She was a pleasure to work with! Very professional and extremely friendly. She went above & beyond to try to help us given the circumstances. She even gave me a hug before I left the dealership! She was great!! More

It was enjoyable I had done a lot of research on car dealerships and was in a tight spot and really needed a car. And being a first time buyer I was really nervous. Good prices but horrible service My mother bought a car here a few years ago, and her experience was great, that is the reason I went back to purchase my car there. When I arrived, I My mother bought a car here a few years ago, and her experience was great, that is the reason I went back to purchase my car there. When I arrived, I was taken care off my a sales man who not only was unwilling to help, but also acted as if my questions were a bother. He then proceeded to hand me over to another sales guy (guess he thought I wasn't really going to buy anything). The next guy had the same horrible attitude. Was unwilling to make any suggestions or consultation at all. My thought is, if I'm spending thousands with your company, I should be treated as so. The customer service was absolutely horrible, I felt unwelcomed, rushed, and like I was bothering someone that I am going to give my hard earned money to. Never again. More

As their name states. A Better Way 6 out of 5 star. What can I say. James is awesome. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Has a good sense of humor but when it’s time for business it 6 out of 5 star. What can I say. James is awesome. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Has a good sense of humor but when it’s time for business it’s time for business (ohh and NO BS). IMO that’s the way all salespersons should be. The dealership is basically the same. They don’t mess around. With the way I am as a type A type of person, I don’t have time to screw around and have no patience to have my strings pulled. In no such way did James or the dealership play games with me and that is why they receive and outstanding mark from me. It is not a go onto the car lot and poke around dealership, you do need to know what you want to see before you approach them. If you do your research before buying something like any intelligent person should, you should have no issues. Great job all at A Better Way Wholesale Auto! Keep up raising the bar! More
