I have a law suit against them right now because they refuse to give back my deposit, they swear and hang up on me, and my lawyer found out they don't own the car they were trying to sell me......beware. second time I had an issue with service, first time when i bought my truck. Now I have an issue with power lock on driver rear door, had truck a whole day to find out why wasn't working, never ordered the part, and never called to say what problem was. So told them i was coming to get it, got there and door was ripped apart, when i asked why wasn't put back together the woman that I told i was on my way done there, said because they didn't know i was coming to get it. So i set up appointment for the repair. Guess what? Called to check on it, they said door lock works fine, no problem, that's because they check the the front one and never order the part anyway, so the same women I originally talk to and who call the warranty people, didn't even remember it, and couldn't even be bother to look in the records for the info. Was told she would find out the issue and eta on time, two hours later nothing. So i called back and again nothing but incompetence. said I didn't give her enough time to see if part was ordered. Her supposed manager was no help. Worse service I have ever dealt with. More
I went to this dealer, ignoring the negative reviews because I found a car at a great price and I thought the bad stuff wouldn't happen to me. First of all, the main office is unorganized and chaotic. Some of the sales people were uncouth and unprofessional. My salesman, Brian, was rather personable, I'll give him that. I put a down payment on an audi a4 that had a turbo issue. (which is what they told me, and assured me that it would be replaced) They called me every couple of days to tell me it would be a few more days, and that they kept discovering more things wrong with the car, they were waiting on more parts, etc. When they finally called me two weeks later to tell me the car was ready, I drove down there only to discover the car had a flat tire, and there was still a problem with the torque converter, and/or possibly the transmission. I don't know a lot about cars, but I could tell they just tried to patch up the problems instead of fixing them. Clearly, their "safety check" wasn't very thorough. Not to mention, when filling out the application for financing, they told me the bank would only approve my loan if a $3200 warranty was added. Which is totally a scam and I should have walked right out the door then. When I said no, they still approved me a few days later without extended warranty. Even if you find a car in great condition at a great price, I do not suggest buying from here. Give your business to a more honest dealer. They have over 100 complaints on BBB for a reason. More

Hands down a great person and unfortunately things didn't work out, but if it was just for him, this would have been my favorite place to go. I saw a 2004 Toyota Solara and called to make sure it was available. It was very well priced and from the looks on the pictures seemed very nice, so I of course wanted to jump on the deal. I called on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to check the car daily and it was surprisingly always available. i went to my bank, got approved for a small loan and called on Thursday night to give my credit card over the phone to get them to take the car off the lot for 1 day since I was going there early morning on friday to look at the car. The guy refused and hung up on me. I drove some 130 miles from Boston right after my overnight shift through the morning rush hour and was happy to see the car still available. Alex and I test drove the car although it had a lot of interior damage on the dashboard, the ceiling and a cracked windshield (which the pics didn't show), but I felt it was still a good deal. As we were leaving the separate lot where they kept the car, 2 guys from a black Infinity approached us attempting to sway us from buying the car. We were all jokes then went our separate ways as we proceeded to bring the car to the garage where it was to get repaired before we could take it home. Back in the dealership office to fill out the paperwork, everything went great. As Alex was filling out the paperwork, the 2 guys with the Infinity walked in, asked to speak to a specific salesman (whose name I can't remember) and disappeared. I paid my $1000 deposit, got my receipt, and left.. We made nothing of it and since my brother and I were hungry, we went to the Subway restaurant across the street, that's when Alex called us back saying the 2 guys we saw somehow mysteriously put their $1000 just seconds before we did therefore the car was theirs for us to come choose another car. I demanded to talk to Mike the manager who was of no help, and tried to hustle me into buying an older car with more mileage on it FOR MORE MONEY! The price he offered was just $1000 from the price of my original purchase, I asked him to at least match it, he rudely refused. I left very disappointed and quite upset after spending 4 hours, threatening to talk to a lawyer about it and kept my receipt, leaving them with my $1000. That same night, I called back and asked Mike if he's reconsidered my offer because I have spoken to a couple of lawyers who stated that I had a case against them but suggested that we worked it out instead of going to court, he claimed that I was threatening him and rudely hung up on me. NEEDLESS TO SAY the unprofessionalism, MEDIOCRITY, SCAM activities going on in that place. STAY AWAY, as a matter of fact, I'M LOOKING TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. I purchased a Audi A4 convertible from this dealership in April of 2013. The same day I left with the car i went to get gas & the there was hole in the gas filler neck. As i filled the tank, gas poured directly on the ground. Before i purchased the vehicle i was told i would be given a 3 month warranty. They weren't going to honor the warranty until i complained a lot. They finally agreed to pay half of the repair and told me if i paid for the repair i would be sent half the amount of the repair in a check in the mail. I never received the check for the repair. On top of that the glove box was broken into pieces, the armrest was broken off, the cup holder was missing along with the traction control button. All of which i was told i was going to receive the parts in the mail. NEVER received any of the parts!!.. A few weeks later the car ran extremely poorly & i informed the dealership of this & they wanted the car back to repair it. I took the car back, & a few days after i got the car back, the car ran the same as before and now doesn't run at all. They stated the car is As Is, & they weren't going to fix the car anymore. Come to find out they just erased the codes on the vehicle and never really fixed anything. After wasting 6 thousands dollars, time, & energy. I still don't have a car I can drive & my extended warranty doesn't kick in for 3 months because the dealership said they would cover three months. This dealership is a MAJOR scam, I urge you to NEVER buy anything from this company!!!... They will tell you everything you want to hear & once you make the purchase they will give you the cold shoulder. One employee asked me "Why would you buy a car from this dealership, is this the only dealership you know?". That clearly indicates that no one should ever purchase from here, especially if their own employees, questions why you purchase a vehicle from them. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

On 1/14/2013, I saw online a 2005 Jaguar X-Type with 39,775 miles advertised. I looked at all the pictures and there was no damage to the interior or exterior of the car. I called up and spoke to a Saleswoman and asked if the car was available, if there was damaged to the exterior or accidents and if the interior is damaged. I was told there were no accidents, the exterior and interior are in great condition. I was told if I want them to hold the car I need to put down a non-refundable $1000 down payment. Which I put on my credit card. I was told there was a $598 fee for the car to go through a 125 pt inspection and the car to be cleaned. On 1/20/2013 I arrived in Waterbury, CT and was picked up by the Saleswoman and brought to the Dealership. Before we went in to do the paperwork, I took a look at the car. The Saleswoman went up to the left tail light and told me the cracked light was taped and they are sending me a new cover for me to install. As she was doing this, she was covering up a dent next to the light which was from an accident. Therefore I didn't see it. Then I took a look at the outside of the car as she stood next to the pasenger door on the driver side. I didn't notice any damage at that time cause the car was filthy because it wasn't cleaned. She covered the door which was dented from an accident. We then went inside to do the paperwork. After the paperwork was done, I left with the vehicle. On the way home I stopped to see my brother and show him the car. It was at that time we noticed a crack in the windshield, dent in passenger door and the dent next to the tail light. I called the Salewoman right away on her cell phone and she didn't answer. I called the Manager Mike used foul language and hung up on me. I filed a Complaint with BBB and the Attorney General. More
I was a bit apprehensive going to this place after seeing the reviews AND I had gone once before looking for a car for my girlfriend. When we got there and checked out the car she was interested in, it had SES lights on an airbag light, and was pretty dirty inside so we were very turned off...I did test drive it and just didn't like it, so we opted not to get the car. Fast forward one year later and I found myself in need of a truck. They seemed to have hands down, the LOWEST prices in the tri-state area, so I figured what the heck. Checked out a number of trucks and test drove them, the sales man Terri was super super laid back and let me check out/test drive whatever truck I wanted-which was nice, not being pushed into a vehicle I didn't want. Anyhow, I took two trips total, wanting to make sure I was "in love" with the truck. Ended up purchasing a 2008 Nissan Titan on the second trip, one thing it needed and we were assured would be fixed were brakes, a good cleaning and that was it. So I decided I wanted the truck and they gave us a time to pick up the truck and sign the paperwork the following day (it was Sunday so no DMV). Pick up the truck the following day; I requested to drive it BEFORE signing or putting down anything to make sure the brakes were fixed and sure enough, they were, and it was cleaned. Signed the paperwork and I was good to go, there was a slight issue with the plates where I had to bring the truck back, but honestly that happens. Had I lived further away I probably would have been frustrated especially since they had me come back but it was all of 5 mins-they had gone out of numerical order and gave me an incorrect plate. I did have an issue with the truck 2 weeks later, where it wouldn't shift out of park due to the steering column shift mechanism failing. They were very pleasant to deal with, talked to the service guy on the phone he asked me a few questions I was able to answer and told me swing by. NOTE-it is NOT state law they provide you a rental, I didn't know that but a google search revealed that. They did however, offer to provide a ride to and from, that was nice. Anyhow, 2 days later truck was good to go. No charge since it was under their warranty and it's been all well ever since 6k miles and 2 months have been put on it. I see a lot of people on here complaining about the condition of the vehicles etc. Cheap, Nice, Excellent Service, pick two. You can't have your cake and eat it too, their prices are ridiculously cheap for a reason; they buy cars from auctions and throw them on the lot, they don't sell, they probably auction them. Some people seem to expect the world out of these people, if you're buying a car for 3-5k below blue book don't expect it to be in perfect shape. Anyhow, like I said, the truck I chose did need the brakes changed and they did that as well as clean it before giving it to me. Sure, maybe the salesmen don't know EVERYTHING about every car, (someone made a comment about an STI below) but keep in mind there is ZERO pressure to buy. If you're interested as a buyer, you should know exactly xxx you want to buy, not walk into a dealership like a deer in the headlights and have a salesman talk you into buying something. I guess I should summize this and say this; DO YOUR RESEARCH, I ran a vin check (they provide their vins online) on both trucks I was most interested in,and both trucks checked out showing dealer services etc. But seriously, know what you want, know how to look for problems, test drive it...don't drive like a poon get on it and go that's when you're going to find issues, hard stops, hard shifts-make sure that clutch is grabbing!, floor it-does it want to change gears or does it over rev etc. And if you buy an extended warranty, know what the heck you're buying and what it covers....someone was complaining below about routine service not being completed, if you had ran a vin-check you would have known if it was brought to a dealer and completed or furthermore, if you had actually checked into the service intervals it would have been an EXCELLENT question to ask the salesmen BEFORE purchasing it (don't you ask this of private sellers; "do you have the maintenance records for services performed?". Again, do your research, know what you're buying....does it have a timing belt or timing chain etc. More

After being passed around from phone to phone got the "manager" (whom chose to be nameless) who instructed that I would not be compensated even gas alone for a trip down to be repaired. I stated that this would be an Eight drive (when at most twice there and back if the operation was anything near organized). After explaining that I bought a "CHEAP" used car that had "15,000 parts" he said "people like you desserve this" and "I will not be fixing your car". After 10 hours and $6,800 not including gas I have resorted to posting this. More
last year, after an auto accident i have to look a family vehicle. after two months search i found a van at this dealership. at the time of signing the paper they offered me to buy a warranty. the finance of vehicle. after two months search i found a van at this dealership. at the time of signing the paper they offered me to buy a warranty. the finance office gave me fake promises, which later on became a scam when i needed. they said that if any thing happen to this van they will give me rental as well as will take care of the van, which already had 101000 miles on it. i felt that the warranty would be a peace of mind for the next four years when i need it. i paid for this so called warranty almost $ 2900. that was total around $ 11500 i paid at that day. off course, i have to borrow some of the money from my family. after four months passed the van started giving me problem. i have hard time to start the van. i checked the starter and the battery out but they both were fine. the problem still there. i took the van one of warranty company' authorized service center for the first time, who did the diagnosis. the guy gave me the estimate of $1900 from which i have to pay $700 for the parts and the service which were not covered under the warranty. this was the starting point when i thought that i made a critical mistake to buy this warranty. i called the company who told me that this is not a warranty, guaranty or insurance. this is a service contract, which has it own rules, regulations and conditions. i took van back because i was not expecting this kind of response. further, after few weeks the van stopped. i had to send the van to a Honda dealership to do the diagnosis. they did not except others' diagnosis, which i already paid. the service manager told me that van needed a 100,000 miles service included time belt and other components to be replaced. he gave me estimate of around $2000, which he said the company will not pay because i did not do the regular maintenance. i went back to the dealership who sold me this van after it has 1001000 on it. they refused to do any thing regardless they knew the service should been done before they selling the van to someone. i ask you a question. suppose you buying something and also you know that you have to spend another $ 1000 or so in next few months to run your ride. would you buy the so called warranty or even would you buy this ride? i know your answer. now i decided to do something fight back against this fraudulent purchase. i contacted to DMV, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, LAWYERS, SMALL CLAIM COURTS. in the mean time i have to take the van back and gave to someone else to repair it who personally offered me warranty that if his done work give me problem in the future he will do the service for free. DMV is looking into this dealership's fraudulent deals, BBB also still in touch with me, lawyers encouraged me to go to the small claim courts, which is my next step. I've paid another $2000 to fix the van without any company's help plus $2900 which i paid to the company. i learned my lessen, never trust verbally promises. you need to let them write down on the paper. do not do just the car fax, look into other problems which are not reported or need to be done before you buy it. i would never recommend this dealership to anyone either to my friends or anyone else. you may look my response with the company at Better Business Bureau' web site.
