Was a little frustrated that management wouldn't take a corporate check from my company with a certified letter verifying funds from the bank - I've done that with several other dealerships. This caused a corporate check from my company with a certified letter verifying funds from the bank - I've done that with several other dealerships. This caused a delay in delivery of the vehicle that was very frustrating. Otherwise, the experience was very good. Mikias went out of his way to get the car I came to look at to the lot when they realized it was not there - it had been on other side of town at another location. Then he drove it two hours to deliver it to Birmingham. More
