On April 9, 2022 I purchased a 2022 Kia Rio. The original delivery date was April 24th. I called on April 22nd which would have been 2 days two days before and spoke with Jose, one of the sales The original delivery date was April 24th. I called on April 22nd which would have been 2 days two days before and spoke with Jose, one of the sales managers. He informed me that the date had changed to May 8th. I spoke with TD auto Finance about my car payment beginning on May 24th (30 days after) since I had not yet taken possession of the car, They were admit that the financing should not have been finalized by ALM South until the car had been delivered and that they would need to rectify this. I spoke with Nikki who completed my financing and she quickly stated that she would need to check with her manager to see how this could be resolved. Upon that conversation on April 25th, at approx. 4:00pm Nikki called back and said that her manager agreed that ALM South would make the first car payment on May 24th. I agreed to this and she then stated that she needed to verify if the payment would be made directly to TD Auto Finance or sent directly to me. I have not heard back from her since and have sent three emails including the one sent today. This has been the running theme from the very beginning when I had inquired about the $1000 extra on my buyer's orders that your sales person Brittney Hayes claimed that wasn't the final copy, yet it was and the correct sales total was listed on the GAP insurance form but not on the finance documents again I was told this would be taken care of it hasn't. I made an appointment for KIA at 12:00pm to pick up my Kia Rio. Upon arrival, Brittney exclaimed that it was being inspected and then detailed. After 2 hours and not receiving an update since 12:40, I had to track down Brittney as she disappeared to which the car had been sitting for a while. It had not been gassed up yet and she immediately rushed us to meet her at the gas station across the street. Prior to May 7th, Brittney signed and checked off the delivery checklist before the car was delivered and also completed my potion forging that I inspected a vehicle that didn't arrive yet. When questioned about this she said it was pre check and I would sign the final copy upon pick up and that didn't happen. In addition to the above Brittney didn't even make sure that the car had the temporary tag placed on it which it did not. I had to call her back and she then went to speak with Nikki who then said she gave it to me in a folder which I didn't receive on April 9th. All of my documents were signed electronically and I walked out with a receipt for the deposit. When my daughter arrived to pick up the temporary tag Brittney told her that her mom had it and my daughter had to again explain that we didn't receive one and with an attitude Brittney then went to Nikki who printed out a paper copy and tapped it on. I have documented all this information via email and recorded phone conversations. I just would like for this situation to be rectified and for ALM South to hold your employees accountable for what was promised. More
