Took to long need to communicate if you doing a trade orginal was getting my 2017 kia. Forte service. Once I decided to trade they needed my check stubs which was at home. Had no way to get home other th orginal was getting my 2017 kia. Forte service. Once I decided to trade they needed my check stubs which was at home. Had no way to get home other than my kia Forte had to pay diagnostic balance in order to get home.Long story short they had to refund my money. In all it was OK experience. More

Completely unprofessional. Was lied to countless times. Did not deliver my car when they told me they would. Did not return my calls. Wish I had given my business somewhere else but then they have a no return policy and I couldn’t even get a refund after they took over one week after I paid to even deliver my car. They only reason they actually delivered it as promised to South Carolina was because I called and cried on the phone to the manager… with whom I was finally allowed to speak to after working 8 days with a joke of a salesman.
