This is a clear case of 'Document Stuffing' designed to bypass mandatory consumer disclosures. Safety/Warranty: The vehicle is currently unsafe, throwing Tesla hardware alerts DIF_a018 and BMS_a086 (Limp Mode). Despite this being a reacquired vehicle which carries a mandatory 1-year statutory warranty under Georgia law, GM Nathan and the service team have refused to honor it. I have officially filed with the Georgia Attorney General and served a 30-day Statutory Demand to their Corporate HQ. Do not sign anything here without demanding your full digital audit trail first. Dealership did not service the vehicle prior to selling it to us even though they automatically charge you $1200 for the ALM MOTORTREND GUARANTEE. The Vehicle could not pass emissions when my husband went to emissions 3 days after buying vehicle. He had to take the truck back for them to service the vehicle and remove a aftermarket part from the vehicle. Dealer tags we were given expired before the tag was mailed to us. My husband went back to the dealer and found out the dealer didn’t apply for the tag until a month after we purchased the car. Now the engine light has come on the truck and we have only had the truck one month More
