This is the second time having my car serviced at this location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the commun location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the communication between the service manager, advisors, and the customer is very poor.
