I've had great experience working with KC New, he was extremely helpful in providing what was needed and followed up with any issues I had after the purchase. He took his time to work with me to got me exactly what I needed. The General Manager, Terry Walda, and floor manager, Matthew Tellier, also spent a great deal of time making sure I got the best vehicle for my money. I definitely advise all my friends and family to purchase their next vehicle from ALM Mall of Georgia. My family has now purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, with no problems, and plan on taking our future car needs to them!! It's worth it to go out of your way to stop by here!! Maximus actually drove the car out to our house to complete the sale so that my husband and I wouldn't have to arrange for childcare for our two kids. The sales process was easy and not stressful by any means. Maximus went above and beyond finding us the exact car that we wanted, pleasantly working out a sales price that satisfied both parties, and helped us locate a couple of items that were missing from the car. "Bait and Switch scam" Upon returning from a military deployment I found just the car that met all my needs at ALM while shopping online. I contacted the dealership negotiat Upon returning from a military deployment I found just the car that met all my needs at ALM while shopping online. I contacted the dealership negotiated a fair price and placed a $1000 deposit so they would hold the car until I could arrive (about 7 days). The salesman KC New contacted me the day before I was supposed to pick up the car and informed me it was "accidentally" sold to someone else, but that they had other cars that I could choose from. I informed him that I was not interested in other cars and to return my deposit. I am still fighting to get my deposit back for a car that they accidentally sold. Avoid this business at all cost! More
