Well, everything was pretty decent until they changed the price once I was signing the paperwork. Guess that was my fault for not paying attention. Shame on me. Be careful and dont let them talk to you while your trying to read and say no to all that extra ish they throw at you. I'm disappointed but they will most certainly get what's coming to them. More

Decent car buying process, but be wary of the “NATIONWIDE SHIPPING” that ALM offers. They claim that “no matter where you are in the United States, we'll get your vehicle to you.”, but it has been a painful SHIPPING” that ALM offers. They claim that “no matter where you are in the United States, we'll get your vehicle to you.”, but it has been a painful process to get my new car from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX. There’s been minimal communication from my sales representative, the manager at ALM Marietta, and the shipping company, absolutely no documentation of activity, and my car did not arrive in the window they gave me. I had to push the entire ALM team to give me a date of delivery and it was inaccurate. I have been without a vehicle and there is no sense of urgency from anyone, no one wants to help even though this is a service that the dealership advertises and offers. More
