I talked to Juan on the phone he was very professional and told me to bring my f150 in next day. I arrived at 1100 the next day and Juan was out. I spoke to Matt and he suggested that I come back the next and told me to bring my f150 in next day. I arrived at 1100 the next day and Juan was out. I spoke to Matt and he suggested that I come back the next day because it would take all day to take care of the recall. I told Matt that he could keep the truck overnight if needed. He acted like i was bothering him and reluctantly he helped me. He calls me back about 2 hrs later to tell me my truck is ready... I thought it was going to take all day ?
