I just completed buying my 3rd vehicle through Jack Bolster at Access Ford. This truck was for my son since he is finishing up with college. I enjoy the experience of buying cars again. It's nice to be able to talk with sales rep without the first thing out of their mouth is what do you want your payments to be. With Jack you tell him what your looking for and he tells you straight on what they have and what rebates he can get. No bs. Dishonest I recently had my 2016 F150 in for repair. Bad cylinder head temperature sensor. While at the dealership the passenger side rear door sustained some p I recently had my 2016 F150 in for repair. Bad cylinder head temperature sensor. While at the dealership the passenger side rear door sustained some paint damage. There was an attempt to cover this up but it did not work well. As I have been working from home the truck had been sitting and had been nowhere but the dealership and my drive way. Last week I went to clean out the passenger side front seat. This was the first time I had been on that side of the truck since it returned from the dealership. That is when I discovered the damage. There had been several days pass since it's return from the dealership. I didn't figure it would do any good to complain at that time since several days had passed. The service writer took pictures of the pre-existing condition on the outside when I brought it to you for repair. I'm sure those pictures don't exist anymore. I just won't be using your repair facility any longer. More
