"Always ready and willing to help with their FORD knowledge" I took 2 trucks in for service to Juan and he got them out the same day for us. Knowing our situation being in the oil field business Juan knows that I took 2 trucks in for service to Juan and he got them out the same day for us. Knowing our situation being in the oil field business Juan knows that it's a must to get these trucks in and out and back on the road asap. Also while I was at the dealership had to purchase parts I had called in earlier and spoke to Mike which I described what I needed for our diesel truck to him (who I hear is the diesel expert for parts) and he knew exactly what we needed and got me the correct part. When I went to drop off trucks and pick up parts I also needed some keys made and Adam got me taken care of right away. This kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE we appreciate and always don't get at other dealerships which is very important to us because we are on such a time constraint and people are counting on us to get the job done.
