My First Service Call With Access Ford I purchased a 2018 F-250 King Ranch last year and out of the blue, it started acting up electrically. The problem escalated so quickly that after park I purchased a 2018 F-250 King Ranch last year and out of the blue, it started acting up electrically. The problem escalated so quickly that after parking the truck in the garage overnight, it would no longer start. Access set up a tow and I was finally able to get the truck to them. Turns out for some reason, both batteries had been severely depleted and needed replacement. The technicians were unable to find any unusual current drain however but the truck operates perfectly now. It was the quality of the service that impressed me so much and our Service Writer, Roy Richter, was especially helpful. What a HUGE breath of fresh air when compared to my experiences with AutoNation Ford in the past. (I will never purchase another vehicle from them.) Keep up the good work! Kent Bayer More

My husband & I were sent to (MIKE LOPEZ) to complete the financial papers, but this person was more interested in what ELSE HE COULD SALE! AFTER WE TOLD MR. LOPEZ THAT WE DID'T WANT THE EXTRA COVERAGE ON THE VEHICLE HIS ATTITUDE CHANGED. HE BECAME VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL and wanted to know why we didn't want the coverage. HE RUSHED US THROUGH PAPER WORK. My husband wanted to try and read this information carefully because after you sign then your SOL! Now I wished we would had gone out-of-town to purchased the vehicle.The deceptive business practices by Michael Lopez are considered illegal and tis individual needs to stop tking advantage and abusing people in their time of needing of a vehicle.He will be seeing his dark days as death has no holidays.No payment information and no common knowledge or decency to be truthful as a VW beetle has no need for 4 oil changes a year and I would never purchase the extended contract for oil changes as my VW still has an active warranty for 66monts 0r 66,000 miles. Another issue that was brought up and M.LOPEZ would not admit to existing warranty.Do not deal with these people as they want your money to pay off their property taxes with false warranties. More
